Lots Available For Rent:

We currently have three (3) lots available for rent. Lot rent is $325 per month with $325 security deposit. Lot leases are month-to-month leases.

Lot rent covers the lot space, parking, and access to electricity hookups, water hookups, and sewer hookups. Each tenant is responsible for their own water and electricity.
